I have bought 3 new cars (new to me) In the past two years and Suntrup Hands-down takes the cake and overall best experience buying a new car. The overall customer service, understanding and willingness to compromise to better both parties was hands-down the best I’ve seen out of all three new cars I bought. The agent that help me was named Rich and I would highly recommend them but I dealt with several parties at Suntrup and all of them were hands-down enjoyable.. at least as enjoyable as buying a new car can. I would recommend Suntrup pre-owned vehicles hands down all day. I know I may sound over energetic in my review but I started the day with not knowing where I was going to get a vehicle but I knew I needed one by the end of the day today, the first and only place it was willing to work with me what’s Suntrup. To sum it up I could not recommend or want to buy another vehicle from anybody else besides SunTrup preowned. More
Just amazing! The experience I had today was amazing! And I left with a 2016 Toyota Corolla! Everyone helped me and made it as easy as it possibly could and really worked with exactly what I could afford ! Never once tried to push me over it. I'm very very pleased with every aspect of my experience. I would recommend this dealership to everyone!!! More

1st new vehicle. Collin Costllo was a great salesperson to work with. This was my 1st new vehicle purchase and going into the dealership was very stressed about it. Once we spoke with Collin and took the Rogue for a test drive, my stress of purchasing a new car seemed to drift away. Collin was very knowledgeable of the products and I felt no pressure to buy. The staff is very friendly, Collin and Joe offered to get us refreshments during our wait, they definitely take care of their customers. Just a nice atmosphere. It was a good experience for me and I would definitely return to Suntrup to purchase vehicle in the future. More

That was great when they had a location in Wentzville where we live but they decided to sell that location and now the nearest location is 45 minutes away in South County. They don't care and won't certify it if it is done at a reputable location like Dobbs. They say oh thats unfortunate and when you ask to speak to the General Manager they hang up on you.....
