Awesome customer service! I met Katie and right from the start I knew that she was going to help me. I walked into the dealership with a lemon that had a horrible interest rate I met Katie and right from the start I knew that she was going to help me. I walked into the dealership with a lemon that had a horrible interest rate and I walked out in no time with a spank brand new car and I did I tell you that I was broke and didn't have any down payment money. Amanda went out of her way to help me. Amanda tried repeatedly to help me with the navigation system but apparently what I wanted is not available. I wanted a split screen to come up when entering a freeway. One screen would indicate the map and the other the next few exits. This only happens when a destination is entered. This was a very important feature for me and had I known it was impossible to achieve on this car, I would never purchased this vehicle. More

I usually do not like dealerships or sales people but she put me at ease, answered all of my many questions, and made the entire process not the exhausting chore it usually is. The rest of the employees seemed very chill and were doing the same for the people they were helping. I got an amazing vehicle. Something I didn't even think would have been a possibility ever. The prices were more than reasonable and I've had my Caliber for 3 weeks and am still in awe of how perfect of a fit it is for me. Highly recommend! More

Used car purchase The car buying process was by far the best I've experienced. Super friendly and quick. We were in and out within 2 hours. Unfortunately only a couple The car buying process was by far the best I've experienced. Super friendly and quick. We were in and out within 2 hours. Unfortunately only a couple weeks of having our car it started acting up then it started having major problems. It broke down and had to be towed. It was in the shop once for a new timing system and then only about a week later had to go back to the shop for a whole new transmission. Luckily we were still under the three month warranty, so not all had to come out of our pocket. The warranty company they go through is a joke though and would not recommend them either. When I called Suntrup to explain all the difficulties we were having with both our car and the warranty, Kumar and Kelly were very rude when I spoke with them and then would not return my calls. Didn't apologize or anything for all the problems we were having with our vehicle. Now only having our car almost 6 months, our air conditioner and radio went out and it needs a whole new engine. Which is all going to cost more than our car is worth. Since it rolled over 100k miles, our value drastically decreased by about half of what we owe. I will never deal with this dealership again and would not recommend it to anyone. More
