Tried to give Suntrup some work and they would not call back Called yesterday morning at 9am to get a quote on service work. Will probably be about 1000.00 worth after all said as we are prepping for a trip. The Called yesterday morning at 9am to get a quote on service work. At 4:30 pm same day I called them back and was told the same thing-too busy and asked if I wanted to leave a message. I asked to leave a message for the service manager. I left a voicemail and as of a day later- No call. I have had work performed here in the past so not sure what the issue is. Good news is that I'm taking to another dealer in the morning for all my needs. No thanks Suntrup. More
