At the end of the day we decided to go with the Rogue because the price was where we needed, the deal was great, and the sales team, Katie specifically, was very professional, knowledgeable, and understanding of our situation. We looked at the Rogue and decided to take it for a drive to see if it had the quality of ride and comfort the Altima had, still not thinking a deal could be made since we still Owed money on the Altima. Nathan worked very hard for us to get an agreeable trade in amount and payments we could live with. He was polite, knowledgeable and a joy to work with. We will recommend him to anyone wanting to purchase a Nissan. More

Sales and Service the absolute best! I purchased 2 new Nissans on the same day earlier this year from the lovely Amanda Wilkerson at Suntrup South County. We choose to have our vehicles I purchased 2 new Nissans on the same day earlier this year from the lovely Amanda Wilkerson at Suntrup South County. We choose to have our vehicles serviced at the dealership. Amanda has stayed in touch, and always greets us when we come for service. Yesterday I dropped my Murano off for some recall work. One issue was going to result in me not being able to drive my car on vacation in two weeks. Thank the lord for Brian Kelly. He worked me into the schedule and repaired the recall issues so I can use my smart cruise on my trip! I am always pleased with the time it takes for service and the customer service I receive. Nice used car, but poor response after sale Everything was great during purchase of pre-owned 2009 Grand Cherokee but like most other dealers, the great service ended after the sale. Service dept was supposed to fix wiper fluid issue prior to final sale but instead, all they did was put a bandaid on a broken part so it worked for a few days (I realized this when I fixed it myself a few weeks later). The bigger issue was numerous calls to sales person went unanswered and messages went unreturned. I won't buy from Suntrup again. More
