I walked in and Nathan asked what he could do for me, then immediately went to work to make it happen. He used every option he had available to get the payments work for me (even going to another lot to get the right vehicle and I appreciated the extra effort. He was very knowledgeable about the features and showed me how to use all the new options. The other staff was friendly and efficient and in the end I felt like I great deal. More

pulled a fast one on me had to hook up my truck to see why my check engine light was on. they said because i had an after market locking gas cap , and the warranty wouldn't c had to hook up my truck to see why my check engine light was on. they said because i had an after market locking gas cap , and the warranty wouldn't cover the diagnostic they had to perform to find out what was wrong,then they told me i couldn't get my truck unless i paid them for the cost of the diagnostic ,they refused to send me a bill for$89.00,thank God i had some cash on me or I wouldn't got my truck and i wouldn't be able to go to work. That was really underhanded and I believe against the law what they did to me . I just wonder how many other people they did this to. !!!!! $89.00 dollars- that's the real Nissan that people don't see. this is the new American way, just like our Government. pretty sad if you think abut it. maybe they should not run all the ad saying how the are customer friendly , and use the money to make it a reality , and stop ripping off Americans. I have a bunch of student loan debt and have only been at my job as a nurse for a few months. She listened to everything I said I wanted in a car, then put her skills to work. I went home in a gorgeous 2015 Altima with less than 7000 miles on it with an amazing warranty. Most importantly, she worked with my small down payment, made my car payments work for my budget, and she even got online to help me get my insurance. Had I known she was going to make it so easy I would have gotten my cool new car sooner. I'm so glad I met Kelly. She was so nice, so friendly and she was genuinely happy for me.
