I can say that Jake has everything you would want from a salesman. Brings a "no pressure" approach, understands your financial situation, and does his absolute best to meet YOUR needs/wants. Unlike 90% of the typical salesmen in the world, Jake was an absolute pleasure to work with. Really relates to the customer and makes them feel welcome, comfortable, and confident. He's the complete opposite of the "Car Salesman" stereotype. I will be referencing all my family and friends to go to Suntrup Nissan and request him specifically! A+ Give him a raise, Suntrup! More

Awesome team and a great experience with Kelly Roussin!!!! I had filed Bankruptcy and they sent me a letter saying they could approve me anyway. I had the best experience and thanks to Kelly Roussin and her team I got a 2015 Nissian Rogue and I love it. She bent over backwards for my family and I to get us into a vehicle and she succeeded. I was really surprised. She has then called me and sent me letters of appreciation and congratulations and I thought that was very nice of her to do considering if you buy a car then drive off the lot then there done with you and she wasnt.
