There's nothing intimidating about the dealership, just really nice people who deal with you fairly and listen to what you need. The paperwork was easy to understand and the whole thing took about an hour. I have called a couple times with questions and she is more than willing to take extra time with me, even though I'm not in the market for another car...yet.
