I came in to service my Nissan Leaf and Nathan was friendly and happy to answer some of my questions while I was waiting. My lease had not expired, but I was having issues with my all electric car due to our recent move further from my job. I loved the Leaf, but it no longer worked well for my situation. Nate and his team helped me find a better alternative and worked out a plan so that I could trade before my lease came due. I went home to think about it (no sales pressure:) and returned a couple days later. Staphen helped me with my parking so that I could plug in to the dealership's charging station. He was so friendly and helpful and I wasn't even his customer! Kyle helped Nate brainstorm ideas from the start, they were a great team. Kyle had helped us in the past with two previous purchases, and was one of the reasons we keep purchasing there. Frank helped us finish the process in a timely and courteous manner. I went to college with Craig Suntrup ( I worked in the Athletic Dining Hall there where he and his football team mates had all their meals) and let me say, you make a fellow MIZZOU grad proud!
