I went to Suntrup on a Monday after work and the last thing I wanted to do was go through a 3hour process to get a car. Kelly made it personal, it was like she was selling a car to someone in her family. She wanted to make sure the car was perfect. We went online and looked at our options. After we narrowed it down to two, we printed them out and compared them side by side. Kelly was great about answering questions on both vehicles. She suggested we take a look at the two. The minute I saw the 2013 Kia Forte, I fell in love. It was exactly what I wanted and fit my low budget perfectly! Kelly and I were both so happy! The paperwork is the part I usually dread the most, however, one of Kelly's top traits is time management and keeping things simple. She made the process go smoothly and while we signed, she had the car washed and filled with gas. She answered every single one of my questions and didn't mind at all. Overall, the entire experience was fun, laid-back, and easy. Kelly was the one responsible for all of that. She was cheerful the entire time, had a bubbly personality, so caring, and treated you as if you were one of her own. She wouldn't just sell you any car out there on the lot. By the time I had left, I had the perfect car, an amazing experience, and a smile on my face. I will be going back to Kelly from now on and I'm telling everyone to go to her because you won't be disappointed.
