We had been dreading going to a dealership for a very long time, not only because of the pushy tactics by sales people but because of our credit situation. We pulled into Suntrup and got greeted by a you long time, not only because of the pushy tactics by sales people but because of our credit situation. We pulled into Suntrup and got greeted by a young man with a smile on his face. He sat us down asked us what WE wanted in a car and what was important to US. Offered us a beverage, listened to us, showed us 5 different cars all with a smile on his face. When we had told him about our credit issues his attitude stayed the same, where as at other dealerships it was a mood killer. We felt comfortable with him and the vehicles shown to us. Elvir worked with a few other guests but not once did we feel neglected or ignored. He checked in on us, had our car cleaned and gassed up and got us a car note we were more than comfortable with. The way he spoke about his job, about the Suntrup organization was something i have never seen before and trust me i bought my share of cars.
