This was my 2nd Suntrup (Nissan) purchase. As always, EVERYONE at Suntrup was very friendly and courteous. Dan and Elvir were very helpful, as was Steve. Kelly and the rest of the staff were very kind and sweet to my kids while I was there buying my Armada... didn't seem to mind at all that my boys were running around like mad men. Since my purchase I’ve been back a couple of times for little things (tying up loose ends really, which is expected when buying used I suppose). Every time I’m there I feel welcome and they are always more than happy to help. Great experience. I’ll definitely looked to Suntrup again for future purchase. More

The end result was satisfying thanks to Steve Ryman and Mason in service. The car had issues in the beginning, (knocking sounds and wheel bearing issues) the 1st trip in was not successful but thanks to Mason in service. I was checking to see if trading in my car was a possibility and didnt think it was but Mike hepled me get more for my trade in so that way I could get a different car that I really wanted. He was very friendly and didnt make me feel like he was pushing me into anything like salespeople can do sometimes. He has that good balance of not being pushy but also being very helpful. I worked with Steve and he was an awesome salesman! I hooked up with him doing a random internet search for a car. I had promise to come in on numerous occasions and kept putting it off.
