This was our first car that me and my husband bought together, we had visited other dealerships talked to a hand full of salesman, and by far Matt was the Best of all. I did not begin my car search at Suntrup Nissan. Rather I began at a different dealership in the area. I was given very false information from the start as what I assume was a sales tactic to get me into I began at a different dealership in the area. I was given very false information from the start as what I assume was a sales tactic to get me into their dealership. It worked. I test drove the 2013 Nissan Rogue and fell in love with it. When we started filling out paperwork for purchase, the deal fell apart. My online quote was not being honored under any circumstance, and everyone was extremely rude about it. After dealing with two different salesman at the different dealership, I had just stopped looking for a new car. I had already contacted a bunch of different dealerships around the area with one being Suntrup Nissan. I had gone with a different dealership in the beginning since it was closer to home, but that was a mistake. Travis followed up with me a couple of days after my terrible experience at the other dealership, and he was very honest with me from the beginning. We emailed for almost a week before I decided it was time to go in and meet him. Long story short, we walked out of the dealership that evening with our brand new Rogue, and we couldn't be happier with our purchase. Even though this dealership is a bit of a drive, we will make sure to use them for anything in the future thanks to Travis just being an understanding and honest person. It's a breath of fresh air in this world of people only out to make money off the unsuspecting customer. More

The reason Suntrup was rated poorly was due to sales person and sales manager stating they could fix the paint defect in the car at a later date (than date of purchase) only to have them state at later person and sales manager stating they could fix the paint defect in the car at a later date (than date of purchase) only to have them state at later agreed upon time, "there was nothing they could do" despite having a signed letter by the sales manager. After multiple attempts to remedy I had to call Nissan directly to get the problem "fixed". Currently paint defect still is an issue after owning car for six months. I WOULD NOT recommend Suntrup to anyone! Go elsewhere to buy your Nissan! Additionally I have multiple emails from Suntrup asking me to rate them positively. Buyer BEWARE!! More
This will be our family's third purchase from Suntrup Nissan. Mr. Williams helped us out with our requirements for a used car roughly six weeks ago. He was very attentive to our requirements and even though there wasn't an exact match for what we were after on the lot, he went the extra mile to locate something that met all of our needs in our budget without high pressure sales or mis-direction to another vehicle we weren't really interested in. We had the unfortunate opportunity of greeting a large deer with our new purchase a few weeks after. The car was totaled by the insurance company and we immediately went back and met with John again. Once again, we had the same great buying experience with no pressure and the same flexibility to close the deal. John has been a pleasure to work with and once again, another great buying experience. I have purchased four vehicles at Suntrup Nissan. A lot of people are skeptical about car salesmen and dealerships and honestly, I have been "screwed" in the past at other dealerships. But, since coming to Suntrup I have had an amazingly positive experience. What they say they do on commercials is true!! I have had amazing trade-ins and great deals here. The customer service is the best. Travis Gude took great care of me yesterday when I picked out my "dream" Rogue. Frank in finance was also amazing and the general manager personally came out and shook my hand. I have sent friends here in the past and they too have had a wonderful experience!! THANKS TRAVIS AND SUNTRUP NISSAN FOR MY HAPPY NEW PURCHASE!! I am a devoted Suntrup client!!! They treat me like family!! More
We bought a brand new Maxima last year. I love the car. Getting service at Suntrup is a whole different animal. Their wait for service is extremely long and not convenient. They have a so called express oil change that my wait has never been shorter than 2hrs. I am not sure what the express oil change is supposed to mean but I don't have 2 hours of my day to sit and wait for a car. I have discussed with Mason and Elliot this issue and it has yet to be resolved. More
