We originally came to Suntrup Volkswagen due to a great price they had listed on a Jetta that had everything we were looking for. Once there, everyone we came into contact with at the dealership was excep price they had listed on a Jetta that had everything we were looking for. Once there, everyone we came into contact with at the dealership was exceptionally friendly and wanted to ensure we didn't need anything and were completely satisfied while we were there. Sean Riches (our salesman) was very courteous from the start. I really appreciated he didn't try to pressure us into a fast sale and even after the sale was finalized, he made sure we were taken care of until we pulled off the lot in our new car. In fact, I'm not sure if Sean noticed it or a mechanic or who, but before the car was turned over to us, they advised us of a small blemish (that I hadn't noticed and I looked the car over pretty well)that they wanted to buff out before turning the car over to us. The vehicle was immaculate inside and out when we received it. Their attention to detail is second to none and I greatly appreciate that. Before we left, Sean (our salesman) made sure we had contact information in case we had any questions. Even Tim Wells (the finance director) provided us with contact information should we have any questions. The personnel were very courteous and considerate without being overbearing. My last two vehicles have been Volkswagens, but this is the first time I have purchased one from this dealership and thus, this salesman. That being said, this car purchase was entirely different. I came into Suntrup because my lease was ending and I couldn't put off any longer. I was warmly greeted by J.D. and eased into into everything. Not once did I feel a sense of pressure; and no pun intended, but felt I was in the driver's seat from the beginning. From the questions he asked me, we arrived at the perfect car. It was so seamless and easy that I was relieved and excited all at once. I have since recommended this dealership and, of course, this salesman to as many people who will listen. If I continue to purchase from VW, and I likely will, there is no question that I will be calling upon J.D. and Suntup VW when I need a new car. More
