Unlike 90% of the typical salesmen in the world, Jake was an absolute pleasure to work with. Really relates to the customer and makes them feel welcome, comfortable, and confident. I hopped onto their website and found a couple cars that interested I was looking for a used car and heard a Suntrup Nissan commercial on the radio. I hopped onto their website and found a couple cars that interested me. I filled out some info on-line & within hours Joe called me wanting to know how he could help. After walking around the used lot, Joe asked us a few questions & directed my wife & I to the new cars & picked out the Nissan Rogue for us. I have a below average credit score, but Frank was able to get us approved for the Rogue. Joe & Frank even came in early the next day to finalize the paperwork because my family & I were trying to get out of town. We drove our new Nissan to Memphis & back that weekend & My wife & I are loving our new Rogue! More
