I am writing you because these 2 salesmen (Doug & Beau) both are indeed assets (dealers) for Suntrup NissanVW dealership. I was driving a rental VW Jetta from the rental comapny Enterprise. I was paying a lot of money out per month to rent this car. So I went on line (Internet seeking a quotes from all the VW Jetta dealers). I made up my mind to buy a new VW Jetta if the price & service were right. Out of all the VW dealers who called or e-mailed me. I felt that Doug was being honest, caring & willing to help me get a good car. I went into the Suntrup Dealer & Doug & Beau helped me cut a decent deal on the car I wanted & sent me home in it that evening. I just like to thank them for their support, help, concern & even love they showed me. Psalm 37:4 tells us to delight ourselves in the LORd, and He will give us the desires of our hearts. I came into your dealership in hopes of maybe getting a car. I had called in prior to my visit and spoke to Jake Hughes who was very friendly and personable. I told him I was coming over from Illinois to your dealership and made sure we had enough time to look around. When I arrived I was immediately put at ease about finding a car. Jake asked me what features I was looking for and any preferences I might have. Before long he had a car that I immediately fell in love with all ready for me to test drive. Once we returned we began the paper work and got the ball rolling. I was amazed at how smoothly and quickly the process was. I was dreading the financing portion, but to my surprise Jake got everything straightened out with no issues. Jake was very professional. He made everything easy to understand. Jake worked really hard to get me the car I wanted at a great price. My husband and I gave him a hard time on the price we wanted, but at no time were the dealings contentious. Another thing I appreciated about Jake is that he talked to me, the buyer, instead of talking over me to my husband. As a woman, I can tell you that a lot of car salesmen still disregard female customers in favor of their male partners and it is very disrespectful and unprofessional. I was happy with the experience. The only thing that bothered me was that finance took WAY too long. Which is why I gave a 4 for both customer service and overall experience. However, I did walk away bothered me was that finance took WAY too long. Which is why I gave a 4 for both customer service and overall experience. However, I did walk away with the exact car I have wanted for 8 years (I keep my cars until they completely die). The car was about $4,000 less than I could find it from anywhere else, which is why I went to Suntrup to begin with. While I'm still a little irritated at how long the financing part took, they were able to get me a better deal than my bank could give me and I think that will ultimately work to my advantage. I really liked that Jake told me I could text him with questions before and after the sale. I took him up on the offer after the sale and he's always answered quickly and made sure I was happy with the answer. I'm now the happy owner of a brand new VW Jetta, the first new car I've ever owned. I will continue to do business with Suntrup throughout my car's life, recommend them to others who might be looking for a new car, and will more than likely buy another car from them when this new one wears out. The sales manager treated me horribly, as a woman I was very offended. Since then getting service done has been a total nightmare. I am currently without a driveable car due to my car not coming with the t very offended. Since then getting service done has been a total nightmare. A man named Joe who is apparently the night service manager promised he would take care of this twice yesterday and he never did. Luckily I have the owners contact info to deal with him and all the service dept issues now. More
