I was looking for 2012 Jeeta GLI switch they dont have it first he came up with a price out of nowhere he probably thought i dnt know the market value of the car anyways and then after very long battle he give me a final price and but still we didnt agree because he was asking more than any dealer in saint louis but in mean time we wanted tk trade in our 2012 civiec so he come uo with a good number this time which i said fair to both of us but still we didnt. Agree on price and we left went to other dealer but other dealer could not get certain color for me and beleive me they are very expensive so i had to choice to come back and get it from suntrup vw so here is the fun part so now he knows that we have to buy this car from him he is telling me 2000.00 less then what he offered me yesterday for my trade in and he is telling oh your mistaking they think they Are smart and he is saying because you guys are buying GLI for 27G i can not give u more for your civic. I dnt know how they do business ? Why are liers they say something and later they changed to something else More

This is our second Suntrup experience and we were treated as though we were the most important customer the salespeople would deal with that day...both times! I met Travis a year before I bought my new car. He was the first salesman to greet my daughter who had just graduated from college. It was her first experience on a car lot. He made her feel at ease without any stress. She was not in a position to buy at that time, but Travis encouraged her and asked her to come back. A year later when she was ready, I was sitting in my car waiting for her while she was looking around the lot with her Dad. Travis came out from inside the store and offered me a bottle of water. We visited and I told him I would be in the market for a Juke soon. He made such an impression me after those two meetings that I came back and asked for him by name. He was honest, witty, and had a lot of knowledgeable about the cars. He gave me candid opinions as I made my decision. He noticed the little things about us and remembered them! It made the experience very personal and positive. The finance manager Kumar Sears welcomed us in and worked hard to get us a good deal on financing eventhough we had some credit blemishes. He too was down to earth and honest in helping us get our car. I will always return to Nissan Suntrup. They treated us like family. More

I am so pleased with my purchase! Because Jason Kreke really listed to what I told him I needed - we ended up with a 2012 Golf instead of a used SUV I originally thought was all I could afford and I coul really listed to what I told him I needed - we ended up with a 2012 Golf instead of a used SUV I originally thought was all I could afford and I could not be happier. I have the hauling space needed, features I never imagined getting for the money and fabulous gas mileage. The Golf is a fine vehicle and I still cannot figure out how VW can build such a quality car for the price! I can't thank Jason enough for suggesting it - I basically rejected the idea initially, but after realizing he based the recommendation on what he heard my needs were - I drove it and from there on the car sold itself. One month out and no regrets - this is a great car and I am still thrilled every time I drive it. Jason really knows his product and has an obvious passion for giving the customer what it takes to make them happy. More
