The experience getting a new used car was great, especially working with Sean. The customer service, with regards to the actual purchase of the vehicle, was spot on and both friendly and informative especially working with Sean. My only complaint was that once it got to finalizing the details of the car loan with the bank/finance manager, the details of what we had agreed to initially were changed, which was very frustrating. Even after I pointed this out to the finance manager, he seemed surprised that I had questioned this. He also seemed surprised that I wanted to stick to a budget, despite explaining to him several times that the initial price agreed upon was over my ideal budget, but close enough to work with. Eventually after some negotiating, the details were worked out very similar to the initial numbers agreed upon, but having to go through this process, especially as a first time car buyer, was very frustrating. I believe this to be a reflection upon the financial staff rather than the sales team, which is why I gave the high rating for the sales staff. However, if there were a rating for the financial staff, I would have to rate them a 1.5, between bad and very bad. Thus, something for future buyers to be aware of. Overall though, my experience was good. More

My husband and I were online looking for a new vehicle and just happened to find a mini that we loved. So we called the number to inquire about it and were lucky enough to get in touch with Kelly! We went up to the dealership that day and after she took my husband for a test drive we bought the car that same day. Unfortunately it had only been in their possession for a few short days so there were so issues that they had to fix. Since we are from out of town it was a hassle to drive up to the dealership with kids in tow to pick up the car, so Kelly drive the car to our home about an hour away on her time off. She was great if you are buying from this dealership I would recommend Kelly for your preowned needs! More

It actually saddens me that we had to move out of the St. Louis area because I would prefer not to take my car or deal with anyone else than Suntrup Nissan of South County. We walked in not expecting to find anything we loved (enough to purchase that day), but Kelly worked her magic and found us the absolute perfect car and we drove away 100% satisfied and happy with whom we just bought our car from. Kelly provides impeccable customer service before, during and after* the sale. The after is key. It's like buying a car from this dealership makes you a part of the family. They're always available and willing to answer your questions. When my husband took our car in for a checkup, he was in the middle of studying for the bar exam. They set him up with a room and table/desk to study at while he waited!! I recommend this dealership and especially Kelly to anyone and everyone in the STL area looking to buy a car and be taken care of. It wasn't until working with this dealership did I realize how poorly other dealerships previously have handled my business. I went into Suntrup Nissan very discouraged. My confidence was extremely low due to my credit score and being told no several times. My Sales Consultant Kelly Roussin was AWESOME.
