Had been looking all over St. Louis for a Nissan Armada. Suntrup was the only Nissan dealership (and any other dealership) that seemed like they wanted to sell a car that day. Kurt was the warmest friendliest car salesman I had ever met. He was very informative on the vehicle I was wanting and looking at, at this point. His personality and knowledge won me over. If you are looking for a Nissan (or any other car), go to Suntrup and ask for Kurt. If you stumle in the door like I did, he will be the one laughing with you not at you. More
Generally very good service. I had already scheduled a service appoint when I learned what the actual problem was so I tried to call to get a price on a part. Was put on hold twice and then told no one w service appoint when I learned what the actual problem was so I tried to call to get a price on a part. Was put on hold twice and then told no one was available and could they take a message. The phone operator was prompt and courteous but I gave up and made an appointment elsewhere. Very difficult to get through to parts and service on the phone in general which is why the online scheduling is great. I understand a busy shop. It would have been helpful if I could have looked up the price online. There are several prices for services given when scheduling on line but no ability to look up specifics even when you have my VIN#, make and model? I imagine it is too complex with room for too many errors. Also, I noticed the repair scheduling stops at 7pm with many days no availability past 5. I came into your dealership in hopes of maybe getting a car. I had called in prior to my visit and spoke to Jake Hughes who was very friendly and personable. I told him I was coming over from Illinois to your dealership and made sure we had enough time to look around. When I arrived I was immediately put at ease about finding a car. Jake asked me what features I was looking for and any preferences I might have. Before long he had a car that I immediately fell in love with all ready for me to test drive. Once we returned we began the paper work and got the ball rolling. I was amazed at how smoothly and quickly the process was. I was dreading the financing portion, but to my surprise Jake got everything straightened out with no issues. Jake was very professional. He made everything easy to understand. I was paying a lot of money out per month to rent this car. So I went on line (Internet seeking a quotes from all the VW Jetta dealers). I felt that Doug was being honest, caring & willing to help me get a good car.
