I was happy with the experience. The only thing that bothered me was that finance took WAY too long. Which is why I gave a 4 for both customer service and overall experience. However, I did walk away with the exact car I have wanted for 8 years (I keep my cars until they completely die). The car was about $4,000 less than I could find it from anywhere else, which is why I went to Suntrup to begin with. While I'm still a little irritated at how long the financing part took, they were able to get me a better deal than my bank could give me and I think that will ultimately work to my advantage. I really liked that Jake told me I could text him with questions before and after the sale. I took him up on the offer after the sale and he's always answered quickly and made sure I was happy with the answer. I'm now the happy owner of a brand new VW Jetta, the first new car I've ever owned. I will continue to do business with Suntrup throughout my car's life, recommend them to others who might be looking for a new car, and will more than likely buy another car from them when this new one wears out.
