Throughout the two week long process of getting a great new car, Jason was in constant contact with us, updating us continually so that we never felt like an afterthought. He worked within the parameters we gave regarding payment, overall cost and vehicle amenities. Although he did suggest upgrades or additional options, once we made it clear that we were not interested in those he did not annoy us by continuing to push something we had already considered and declined. The finance manager also worked to get us the interest rate, payment amount and overall cost of the vehicle to where we were thrilled to get the car and not dreading making the payment month after month. In the end, we ended up buying a much better car than we originally intended. Although the price was also higher, the additional value of the vehicle made it absolutely worth it, and we would not have been willing to do that had Jason not been so considerate. In the end, I think it was my belief in Jason's integrity more than anything else that had us purchase this vehicle from the Suntrup dealership rather than a competitor. More
I went in to buy a Nissan Versa yesterday and somehow ended up paying over sticker price. MSRP sticker price was $16,885.00. I got $1100 on my trade in and $500 on a rebate and I paid $17,245 after tha ended up paying over sticker price. MSRP sticker price was $16,885.00. I got $1100 on my trade in and $500 on a rebate and I paid $17,245 after that. It was a bad deal, and although it was my own fault, I feel like I was taken advantage of. Aaron Young was very nice, but I guess I just got really confused when we started talking numbers, financing, trade-in, and rebates. I feel like a total rube, I should have known what I was doing, and I learned a valuable and expensive lesson, which is to take it slow and easy and look out for yourself no matter how nice someone is. At least I think he should have a pretty good Christmas. More

The only problem area came in communication between the dealer and the finance company, which caused a delay to getting my payments started without a bit of a hassle. I am giving this dealer / salesman a rating of 5 on every category except "quality of work" (I did not have work done), because the overall experience was FANTASTIC!! My husband and I set out to only test drive a Rouge to see if it was a vehicle we would even be interested in. We were fortunate enough to be referred to by a friend, our salesman Aaron Young. I made an appointment with Aaron and he had a vehicle waiting for us to drive when we pulled up. He let us spend as much time as we needed with the vehicle and was extremely knowledgeable about the Rouge. When we came back to the office, I thought in my head "Ok, here we go with the high pressure sales junk" but it was not like that at all. Aaron wanted to make sure we had all of the information we needed on the car and asked if we wanted to run some numbers on the trade just to see where we would be on payments and we said sure. Next thing I know, we are buying a new car! The deal was painless and we were very happy with the numbers. Out of the 5 or so cars I have purchased, and the multiple cars my husband has purchased, we both agree that this was by far the smoothest experience purchasing a new car we have ever had.
