I walked in not exactly ready to buy a new car that day but I couldn't pass up on the opportunity that Sef had provided for me. First, we did not have to wait long for him to come out and meet us in the mi but I couldn't pass up on the opportunity that Sef had provided for me. After discussing what I was looking for, he spent the time looking for want I wanted and we traveled all over the lot looking at the different cars that they had in my price range. After settling on THE CAR we negotiated my trade in the the final selling price which wasn't a hassle at all. The final price was MORE THAN FAIR. Since I have bought my car I have had ZERO problems with it. I have been back to the service department for regular sevicing and everyone there has been a pleasure to deal with. I have even stopped in to see Sef every time I go back just to say hi. He remembers me every time. I can't say that I remember anyone else I ever bought a car from. I would do business wih him again in a heartbeat. The previous vehicle that I owned was just headache and I had to move on to the new vehicle that would reduce my daily stress of wondering when it was going to break down again. This is the first car I've purchased, and I was unaware that appointments had to be made for service issues. So when I showed up for my first service appointment unannounced, they fit me in with no problems, and there wasn't even a long wait! I've never had anything but plesant experiences with the Suntrup staff. I look forward to leasing another new VW with them when theday comes that my current lease runs out! When the floor mats came in, J.D. personally drove across town and installed them for my daughter. That level of service is rarely, if ever, provided by other dealerships, especially when purchasing an automobile which was aggressively marked down.
