I have bought all previous cars at Sapaugh. (Last purchase I will ever make at Sapaugh, I think they want volume and don't care about customer service. I have heard this from many people. So the story is we wanted better fuel mileage so I called the folks at Suntrup VW. Jason Kreke called me back so we met with him the following Friday. Unlike previous dealers the salesman actually went on the test drive with us to go over all the bells and whistles of the car. (He was with us for 3-1/2 hours +) We loved it and decided to buy, would highly suggest a VW TDI to anyone. The Jetta TDI gets great mileage per gallon and is also fun to drive, handles awesome at 117mph had to test her out. If you go to Suntrup I would highly suggest you speak with Jason Kreke, he was more than helpful and even during after hours he walked us through the IPOD features of the car which was very helpful and he has followed up numerous times to make sure all is well and asked why we havent been in for a car wash, ( Jason, im from the country and I can wash my own car). This was my very first dealing with any Suntrup and I will go back next time myself or the "old lady" need a car. It was a no bullshit, experience. Finally in a car dealership! If you like to deal with a good dealer, no bullshit with typical car sales then go to Jason and get up to 50MPG with the VW TDI series. If they come out with a TDI truck with 4WD I will go tomorrow.
