They actually care about their customers safety! I took my Murano into Suntrup Nissan on Monday night. I'd been having some irregularities with the shifting of gears. I didn't have an appointment, but I asked Cindy if she would make a note in my record about the issue I was experiencing and that I had an 18 hour drive coming up next weekend and the problem. Whoa! Cindy called Brad immediately and asked him if he could put the scanner on my SUV to check it right then! BRAD SAID YES! He asked me what was I experiencing, I told him and the next thing I knew he was keeping my car to ensure it was safe to drive. It was close to closing time and Cindy and Brad only showed sincere concern and care for me as a customer. I purchased an extended warranty when I bought this car from Amanda at Suntrup. Thank goodness because it covered my rental that they put me in that night to get home and it's covering a very expensive repair to my vehicle. And I'm sorry that I can't remember the man who' helped get my warranty to quickly cover the repair, but he's to be commended too! Every experience I have had with Suntrup Nissan has been excellent from sales to service. I could not be more grateful and as I drive to New Orleans next weekend with my mother and daughter in my Murano, I'll be thinking about the guys and gals at Suntrup Nissan and that I have a safe drive because of them! More

When I explained what I needed she noticed that my filters were past due for change and inquired if I wanted that addresses also. I appreciated her observance and approved the service. I must say that I have never experienced poor service at your facility. I have always been treated professionally. My service tech has always greeted me upon completion of my service, escorted me to the clerk for paying, and explained my service in detail. I could never ask for better. More

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH NISSAN! Horrible experience! Nissan gave us a recall and it was much needed considering we smell gas every time we are n the car. We go to Nissan for the recall to be fixed and they say they have to charge us $103 to run diagnostics and if they find the recall they will fix the car free of charge- of course Nissan doesn't find the problem Bc they don't want to pay for it! Service department is terrible considering the man admitted to not being able to find other people recalls for the same car! NISSAN has poor business ethic and an even worse staff! How about u get people who actaully know how to work on a car and fix the problem that YOUR COMPANY HAS RECALLED! this is dangerous on so many level! Having young children riding n a car with gas fumes is a big safety hazard and could KILL CHILDREN! This falls on Nissan as a brand and company! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH NISSAN! Nope! I bought my vehicle brand new from Suntrup. So far, nothing but issues every time I have an issue. They are completely helpful when they know your buying a vehicle, but when it comes to the follow-up, GOOOOOOD LUCK. One of my four tires has improper wear and I contacted the tire manufacturer because it is a known problem on my year/make/model. They told me to contact Suntrup and it would be no issue. I contact Suntrup and they tell me they will not help. They tell me to go back to the manufacturer. STOP BEING LAZY AND HELP YOUR CUSTOMERS. I will most certainly not be a customer for life, in fact I will never purchase another vehicle from this dealership. More
Amanda went out of her way to help me. Amanda tried repeatedly to help me with the navigation system but apparently what I wanted is not available. I wanted a split screen to come up when entering a freeway. One screen would indicate the map and the other the next few exits. This only happens when a destination is entered. This was a very important feature for me and had I known it was impossible to achieve on this car, I would never purchased this vehicle. More
