An Amazing Experience...Twice! A little more than a year ago, I met with Wilcox to purchase a VW Jetta. While this was not the car I 100% wanted, his customer service and laid back A little more than a year ago, I met with Wilcox to purchase a VW Jetta. While this was not the car I 100% wanted, his customer service and laid back personality made me want to buy a car with him. Wilcox was very honest and helpful. During the time that I had the Jetta, Wilcox and I maintained contact and he took the time to find out what I wanted in a car and he continued to look for it. Recently, Wilcox reached out to me to let me know he had the vehicle I had been looking for. A VW Tiguan with a manual trans! When I met with Wilcox he thoroughly explained everything about the vehicle including what services and upgrades had been done. After taking a test drive, I quickly realized that this was the vehicle I wanted! We then went to Steve about financing. Steve is absolutely amazing! He has great energy and makes the financing part of buying a vehicle a lot less stressful than it probably could be. Steve was able to get me a great deal and he was really helpful with all of my unceasing questions. He also thoroughly explained everything and kept the situation relaxed and easygoing. I have worked with both Wilcox and Steve on 2 different vehicles in less than 2 years. Each time they were easily accessible, upfront, honest, and made the experience fun!
