I came into Suntrup VW looking specifically for a 2023 Atlas. I was greeted by Preston and he immediately took me to see the models on the lot. We chose one and took it for a test drive. He was super knowledgeable about the technology features as well as the “car seat tilt” and safety features he learned from The Car Mom (which I also knew from her and the reason I came to look at one!) I came back about a week later and purchased one with my husband. We found one we loved but it was slightly over budget after finding out that the price I was quoted was incorrect. Preston again, worked to ensure we were happy. I knew I wanted the Atlas and inventory is slim. He included window tinting to make up for the price. Our vehicle was previously totaled and we did not have our insurance check in hand just yet. However, Preston pulled some strings and we were able to drive it off the lot and return once we had the check in hand. This was very convenient as I have a 4 year old and a newborn to cart around (plus who likes being stranded without wheels!?) there was a slight hiccup with paperwork and the wrong VIN but Preston and Stacey worked to make it right! He provided us with weather proof floor mats for our troubles and having to come back to the dealership. He has provided exceptional service and was very knowledgeable and personable during the entire encounter. I never felt like a number or that he was pushing me at all. Highly recommend!! More
