As explained the sales manager never bothered to meet me or meet us when we took delivery. The new car being brought in from another dealership ended up having 500 MILES on it at delivery, far more than it or meet us when we took delivery. I got a reasonably good deal on a used ID. 4 at Suntrup. However, when I called to get a recall taken care of, the service department told me they only had one person who worked on electric ca 4 at Suntrup. However, when I called to get a recall taken care of, the service department told me they only had one person who worked on electric cars, that they used their own booking system, and that they would contact me. Two weeks later, no contact as of yet. I guess they don't want my service business? I'm located halfway between St. Louis and Springfield, so Napleton in Springfield gets the nod this time. More

Danny and Will were amazing to work with! I just had a baby so we basically did everything over text so that when I came in I was able to test drive the car I wanted and go straight back to s I just had a baby so we basically did everything over text so that when I came in I was able to test drive the car I wanted and go straight back to signing paperwork and getting my car.
