Purchasing from Suntrup for a third time I live less than 2 miles from a VW Dealership.... Suntrup puts them to shame!!! So I choose to go to Suntrup which is 90 min from my home. Terrible customer service Terrible. Absolutely terrible. I had a service done and that went ok but then needed a part ordered under warranty and got a letter in the mail that i Terrible. For a whole week i have been trying to talk to a service advisor and i cant get through. They even wrote my name and number down and they still don't call. Looks like i will not get my warranty work done because they can't give a simple call back. Unbelievable. More

Run away as fast as you can. I had a Golf TDI that was involved in the diesel buyback. I liked the car so i wanted to replace it with another Golf. Found one i liked and settled o I had a Golf TDI that was involved in the diesel buyback. I liked the car so i wanted to replace it with another Golf. Found one i liked and settled on a price but I noticed that the SEL trim wheels were not on the car. The first salesman (Kenan) told me that would be no problem that apparently someone had switched them out for another customer. I told him that i wanted the SEL and since the 18" wheels were standard on the SEL i wanted them replaced. He again said no problem. I went back the next day to finalize the deal (with Blaze since Kenan didn't bother to show up for the appointment)only to be told that the wheels would be and additional $1,000. I told the salesman (Blaze) that i wasn't going to pay for something that came with the car. He then proceeded to tell me that the car was discounted because the wheels were incorrect (I agreed to pay the full internet price they quoted me). One word led to another and the more we talked the more arrogant Blaze got. I finally told my wife to get up and left. I have never been treated so poorly by a dealership in my life. You would think that VW dealers would be a little more willing to work with people that have already been wronged once. I told them that i would be looking at other brands and Vw wouldn't get a second shot at me. I was told that his time was valuable too and to have a nice day. I bought a Subaru. Good riddance VW! More

Great experience Bought my GTI and it was a breeze. Went in knew what i wanted and got in a car to test drive within 10 minutes. My sales consultant was amazing. FAKE REVIEWS! I would take a pass on Suntrup I called 3 days in advance to make an appointment. Said it would only be an hour (took 2) wait. I just needed the 60k maintence on my 2010 Jetta (tire I called 3 days in advance to make an appointment. Said it would only be an hour (took 2) wait. I just needed the 60k maintence on my 2010 Jetta (tire rotation, oil, oil filter). Then they tell me that I have no brakes left- sure ok. Sales lady tells me total that with BOTH the 60k and brake pads it will be $338- I go check out and it's actually $428- and that's WITH a $40 coupon! Very deceptive and unprofessional and also an old outdated dealership building. Save your money and go elsewhere More

A rare find The 2017 Beetle Convertible SEL is apparently rare, but Suntrup worked hard to find one and I was lucky to have Beau Schwartz, who , as a salesman, s The 2017 Beetle Convertible SEL is apparently rare, but Suntrup worked hard to find one and I was lucky to have Beau Schwartz, who , as a salesman, sold me a GTI in 2011, now the Sales Manager bring it to St Louis for me. Adam Goldfeder took it from there and processed the sale in half a day and delivered the terrific car at a fair price. No pain on my part and I drove it home the same and they also transferred the very special extended maintenance contract from the 2011 GTI to the 2017 Beetle. More
