Very happy customer! I went to Suntrup VW & Nissan last Saturday afternoon and was absolutely blown away by the customer service I received. This was the first time I purchased a car without the guidance of my parents, so I was a little unsure of what to expect, but Kevin was completely understanding and patient. Quite frankly I know zero about cars and was worried that a salesman would take advantage of that fact. Thankfully, that wasn't the case! He presented me with ALL of my options and was supportive of the choices I made. The whole staff at Suntrup was pleasant and friendly. Beau also took the time to explain my options so that I didn't feel pressured to do anything I wasn't comfortable with. I ended up purchasing a gorgeous Jetta and I couldn't be happier!
