In so many reviews the word "professional" is overused to describe a salesperson. Natalie is professional but more than that, she is by nature genuinely courteteous and pleasant. She focused on my wife and I having a cordial, pleasant customer service experience with a knowledgeable sales person. I held my breath when she went along for the test drive because in the past many sales people talk too much and keep me from being able to really get a sense of the quality of the vehicle, how it rides, drives its pickup, etc.. But Natalie was along to answer questions and occassonially provide info or point out a feature it was helpful to know about. It was the kind of test drive you always wished you had with a salesperson present. Especially when you are new to the make of the car Suntrup VW was a total beehive of activity while we were there but everyone I dealt with found time to be helpful and courteous. I am still deciding what I want to to, but after doing further research on Suntrup, and seeing that all the online reviews match my experience at Suntrup. I will be getting my VW from Natalie at Suntrup. More
