That said, I'm a senior citizen and I can honestly say that this was the most pleasant negotiation of a new car that I've ever had at any dealership. From the moment the internet salesperson (Dan) introduced me to Sean Riches, Sean made me feel right at home. He was extremely friendly, courteous, efficient and knowledgeable throughout the entire sales process. Everything was low key and there was never any pressure to purchase a vehicle and that really made me feel comfortable. Sean praised the benefits of being associated with his dealership. All of the employees I observed really seemed relaxed so I knew this was a good dealership. I would highly recommend talking to Sean when visiting Suntrup VW. More
