I purchased a Multi-Shield complete care protection plan that required me to get all work approved prior to work being completed. Dealt with Multi-Shield and got a huge run-around on price they were going that required me to get all work approved prior to work being completed. I was sceptical, but when I was called to pickup my car they said just give us back the loaner and take yours. Just had to sign the paperwork.
