I bought a vehicle from. Superior auto in September of 2024. We believed in our sales representative at the Evansville location. He told us that this vehicle had been inspected to ensure we were receiving a quality car. We have had nothing but issues since we purchased our Buick Enclave 2015. We had it in the machinic shop January 2025 to fix various issues including control arms suspension struts the air bag system (started showing issues two weeks after purchasing) and other issues thid vehicle had that should have been taken care of before we ever purchased it. Further more, the warranty company would not cover all costs and we are on the hook for $1200. Superior auto described a program we could go through that they offer which would add this $1200 to our loan and pay off the remaining balance to the mechanic. We have submitted the requested documents to have this done and now we are in April and Superior Auto still hasn't sent the mechanic payment. They have ran our credit again, won't answer our questions as to why this is taking so long but still we pay each week. Yesterday I was driving my kids home from school and three different lights came on indicating the all wheel drive system was malfunctioning traction control was off and the stabili trak needed service subsequently as we were on the highway frighting sputters started happening. So since September of 2024 we have had to replace the battery (the day after purchase) replace the tires out of our pocket, have the vehicle in the mechanics for two weeks responsible for $1200 which all cost should have been covered but for $150, have had the airbag system serviced multiple times and now in the very beginning of April 2025, 7 months after purchase our vehicle is again inoperable. This was supposed to be our family vehicle driving my kids to school going grocery shopping and various other in town family activities and I am afraid to get in it not knowing what's going to happen next or thinking we will be stranded on a simple outing. We've asked to speak to their corporate office and are refused the contact information. I do not recommend buying a vehicle from Superior auto we trusted them and have been severely let down. More

I purchase a SUV in 2017 not even a month after it was in service I started having issues it started overheating real bad they gave me a check to help get it fixed I took it to a car place to get it fixed an service I started having issues it started overheating real bad they gave me a check to help get it fixed I took it to a car place to get it fixed and he told me the engine that the heads were blown that I need a new head what do you have money for that it I got laid off my job and I couldn't pay the car payment anymore nor did the car move it didn't it wasn't running I told him to come pick it up they refuse to come pick it up they said oh you just keep it we'll wait till you can pay it and I didn't want to do that so they eventually followed up a lawsuit in small claims court they took the car back and they charge me like $15,000 for this car that I couldn't drive they sold it at auction for $1,000 if this car was worth $15,000 to to them to sell to me why didn't they sell it at auction for $15,000 this is a scam place do not buy a car here do not make the mistake I did they give you no leeway if you're a day late none they'll come pick up your car these are shady people selling shady cars for a lot of profit they're making money they're making money even though you don't pay for the car you can't drive the car they going to take you to court and see you and ruin your credit More

I wish I would have never done business with these ppl they are unhuman to rob so many hard working ppl with their barely functioning vehicles with payments up to 1000 a month not including what you will spend to fix the cars they rig together with glue and tape ! 0/10 DEFINITELY DONT RECOMMEND More

Bought a low milage 2014 Ford Focus from the Sturgis, MI dealership less then a month with it and it had major transmission problems. Took to Ford dealership to find out it was the TCM chip. Was without it dealership less then a month with it and it had major transmission problems. Took to Ford dealership to find out it was the TCM chip. Was without it for almost 9 months waiting on chip. Finally almost a year later got it back only for the transmission to have more problems. Then noticed the horn didn't even work. Probably no air bag in it either. Drove it for not even a a year and same thing started with transmission all over again. So decided to refinance to get a new transmission and it's still sitting at the dealership not getting anything done to it. Yet the lovely people at the dealership still expect me jump through hoops and pay my weekly payment and for what?? Now I got no car, money. Just got a new job and can't even get to it without transportation. They are crooks and will straight rob you. DO NOT DO business with. More

I got my car from the Richmond, In location & the first manager screwed up my payment dates. I had brought in my paystubs the day I signed yet months later they are telling me I need to bring them in again manager screwed up my payment dates. They came & took my car when the payment wasn't even 24 hours late & its a holiday weekend. They don't build any kind of relationship with their customers. I was even told they take them because they expect people to NOT pay off their cars, hence the huge APR%. I tell everyone to stay away from Superior !! They are the WORST dealership I have ever dealt with !! More

If I could say one thing DO NOT GET A CAR FROM THESE GREEDY PEOPLE. More

Next the reps here come to pick up vehicle; not sure what was done but after getting the vehicle back less than 24 hours later there’s lights across the dash now on and the car dying while reversing or at intersections. Call company to include head quarters. We were told have to pay for diagnostics and service and maybe reimbursed. Thought drove to Austin Texas and back with no issues. Last straw go to leave to on Friday to find our car gone, call company and was told they assumed a late payment as the payment was early the last two weeks. My contract terms say 24 hours late subject to repo not 7 hours early on due date, nor is the terms wrote on an employees assumptions. More
