Jalen was very thorough in explaining all the features of our new Buick Enclave…not only during our test drive but also when our new vehicle was delivered to the dealership. On our test try we were able to drive the vehicle home to make sure it fit into our garage ok. Only negative had nothing to do with Jalen but rather the finance process. We were presented multiple “packages” of options at the time we were doing the paperwork - in hindsight we would have preferred to have had this discussion before the final signing so we could make thoughtful correct decisions for us rather than feeling rushed and pressured.
