They literally did not take any responsibility nor did they even offer a comparable rental for the long wait to get the work done. Foul language was used in the office environment and any kind of courtesy, appreciation, professionalism was just NON-Existant and it is very apparent they only care about themselves. Their bottomline, in my opinion, is that be they will find a way to leave you & take full advantage, as long as it meets their bottom line....NOT YOURS! *trust me here please* DONT do it. This experience caused over $25k+ ;6 in damages and they did NOT care. Wow! Instead belittling condescending, unethical shady dealings & requests. Please trust me here as I have nothing to gain.
