I ultimately purchased on a used GMC Denali from Mike.The reason I purchased the vehicle from his dealership was because of the level of service, fairness and responsiveness. Ironically I never have met Mike personally and the dealership was over 200 miles away. Mike was able to take the time to send me videos and pointed out any flaws to be sure that I understood what I was purchasing. I sent the paperwork by email and they delivered the car and picked up my 2008 Denali for trade. The whole process took me about an hour in setting up the paperwork and receiving the new vehicle.
