Disappointed I've been using this service department since I bought my car from them. This last routine service they found 2 issues and I agreed to let them fix th I've been using this service department since I bought my car from them. This last routine service they found 2 issues and I agreed to let them fix them. This was a Friday so I said I would bring my car back Monday morning and they said they could have it done that day well, it took longer then planned. I was told my car was ready after them having it all day then I arrived and they informed me it was not finished. Luckily I did get a loaner car for the evening after having to ask for it and they apologized for the delay and said it would be finished the following morning and they promised to clean it for my inconvenience. Sadly, the next day at 4:30 I had to call them and ask if my car was ready. When I arrived after 5:00 it still was not cleaned and it had a door ding in it that absolutely was not there when I took it in that Monday morning. I'm very disappointed in the service I received and I will be finding a new service center which is disappointing since I have been bringing my car there for the last 3 years. Thank you! More

Excellent Service Department! AC went out in my truck. Called and got in within 45 minutes. Gave me a courtesy vehicle, dealt with all the extended warranty information and had me AC went out in my truck. Called and got in within 45 minutes. Customer Service Great experience throughout the deal with the exception of detail work, needs much improvement, truck was not cleaned properly but Ty jumped on it and Great experience throughout the deal with the exception of detail work, needs much improvement, truck was not cleaned properly but Ty jumped on it and made it right. Dealer topped of the DEF fluid when the low def light came on, no fuss, no charge in and out in 15 minutes. In the end everyone stepped up. More

Difficult Finance Department Not happy with the fact that when I showed another dealerships advertised price the finance manager wouldn't match. It was for the same make, model, a Not happy with the fact that when I showed another dealerships advertised price the finance manager wouldn't match. It was for the same make, model, and trim, only a different color. Also not happy that Finance manager did not have a zero dollar deductible warranty available to sell. Product offering (Warranty) is not in line with the premium product you are selling. Also not happy with warranty price. I have never paid such a high price for a warranty that carries a deductible. Felt like the warranty, warranty price, and unwillingness to match a competitor's advertised price was unbecoming of a premium automobile dealership. My only complaints are with the finance manager!!! More
