Difficult Finance Department Not happy with the fact that when I showed another dealerships advertised price the finance manager wouldn't match. It was for the same make, model, a Not happy with the fact that when I showed another dealerships advertised price the finance manager wouldn't match. It was for the same make, model, and trim, only a different color. Also not happy that Finance manager did not have a zero dollar deductible warranty available to sell. Product offering (Warranty) is not in line with the premium product you are selling. Also not happy with warranty price. I have never paid such a high price for a warranty that carries a deductible. Felt like the warranty, warranty price, and unwillingness to match a competitor's advertised price was unbecoming of a premium automobile dealership. My only complaints are with the finance manager!!! More
