In the 13 years that I have owned my little Ford Escort ZX2, this is the only thing that has gone wrong with it....the thermostat went out and had to be replaced. I really liked the efficiency and quickness of the service I received the other day when I came in to get my oil changed. My husband dropped off the car in the morning, and gave them his cell phone number to call when the car was finished. Several hours later he got a ride back to the dealership and waited for the call that t them his cell phone number to call when the car was finished. No one bothered to call him. In fact, they called my parent's house's phone number - a number I have had to correct them on 3-4 times, as I haven't lived there in 7+ years. Boooooo!! More

I had no appointment. I used the Quick service lane for an oil change and standard service check. I drove right in, they worked on my Explorer right away. I was back on the road within 45 minutes.
