"Poor level of service "

Normally I wait around for 30-45 minutes to change oil. This visit was a little unique. I did not need oil change but a deflector under the front bumper needed to be replaced. I talked to the Mgr and he told me he’s been unemployed for 6 months and he’ll be somewhere else and doesn’t know anything about ford vehicles. He said you have to order the part. I went into parts to order and they had the part in stock and could replace right away. I asked for them to replace it and he said I needed to pull my car around and wait in the quick lane line again. One thing I was frustrated about is an employees car was in line and taking up space and allowing others to move faster in the quick lane. I ended up waiting 90 minutes for them to take off two screws and then have them tell me to get back in line. Then when I got back he didn’t have the part ready and I had to go into parts for him to get this ready for install. Over 2 hours, they need to get there stuff together in service or I will not be back. I am purchasing a new Ford Explorer platinum this next year and will be looking elsewhere unless they get there stuff figured out.
