I was VERY disappointed when I came to pay for the service provided yesterday. I was told that the program of accumulating credit for services paid for had been discontinued and I lost $40.00 plus th service provided yesterday. I think that was the best experience I've had at Superior. They were friendly, quick and found the problem. (the back windshield wiper was broken and hanging down and they put a nut and washer in to at least keep it in place) Also, the guy who drove me home. Staff was friendly and respectful. Oil change, tire rotation and transmission fluid change was done quickly. Overall, had a great experience. The bill was a little more than I was expecting. I brought my Red Candy Edge (I just got in March) for a left turning light that wouldn't go OFF (i never heard og that happening before...)? I thought it was so cute when my service manager called to tell me they didn't have the part... But asked me "did you know your right turning light wasn't working"? Told her I guess I figured that out when I had to HOLD the turning light signal to the right ALL the way home (I was SO grateful whenever I changed lanes or turned left)! I told her the hazard lights worked though!!! ALSO as long as I'm writing 'someone' I'd like to say I LOVE my 3rd Edge - creme brûlée, & my 2nd RED CANDY, BUT why oh why aren't you having the 2013 in Red Candy??? And why in the world did I you change the outside side mirrors to the 'icky' little light to let the driver know a car was in the blind area? I HATE it!!! It really doesn't let me know the vehicle is in my blind area until it's way too close! I LOVED the little insert in the mirror because I was the boss of my fate MUCH BETTER! Two months ago my 2009 Focus SE started to have rolling/rough idle (500-800 rpms). Brought it in and was charged $130 diagnostic fee to tighten two hose clamps. Left the dealership with the car sti rolling/rough idle (500-800 rpms). Brought it in and was charged $130 diagnostic fee to tighten two hose clamps. Left the dealership with the car still running rough but they said I could try it for a week and bring it back if not satisfied. I did and found a TSB that explained the problem. They agreed to check the PCM and found it to be defective and ordered a new one. I meanwhile asked for my $130 back because it should have been covered under the 80k emissions warranty. They replaced the PCM and the car still runs badly and I was told that this is normal and that I will not get my money back. I was also told they would not do anything more to fix the car! This will be the last Ford product I ever buy. More

I was able to pull in and the service team started working on my car immediately. They were very polite and listened to everything I had to say. When they had an update they stopped into the waiting r working on my car immediately. They were very polite and listened to everything I had to say. When the care was done the woman that checked me out explained that I had earned Owner's Advantage benefits and my oild change was free, that was great! They didn't have a part I needed but put it on order, I am still waiting to hear about that. More
