Most disrespectful people I’ve ever had to work with. They do not care about the customers, only themselves. I would not recommend this place to anybody. Their customer service was extremely poor and rud They do not care about the customers, only themselves. I would not recommend this place to anybody. Their customer service was extremely poor and rude! Unfortunately the car I wanted was there and had to force them to cancel contracts that are just a scam. Tried getting ahold of them by calling and sending emails and heard nothing back. Had to drive 4 hours just to get them to cancel, and they lied about everything. DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE FROM HERE! More

Lindsey Walters at Superior Nissan in Conway treated me like a loving elementary school teacher with kindness and patience. She listened attentively and answered all my questions with a cheerful attitude. There was no pushing or shoving felt in purchasing this vehicle then and there that very day of looking and test driving. Because I was coming from 2 and 1/2 hour drive away, she was willing to come get me if I got lost getting to this dealership. A number of salesman have not learned about the many details of the operation of the vehicles they sale; however, Lindsey Walters was very knowledgeable about the vehicle I was interested in and this made it very easy to learn right away the operations of the vehicle.
