All I needed was odometer verification for fuel reimbursement program because of faulty fuel economy estimates. I appreciate the program and the odometer verification was quick and easy. Kathy was friendly and helpful, and took care of everything in short order. I am going to take this opportunity to complain about something. I recently had a flat tire and had to use my tire mobility kit to get back on the road. The compressor and tire sealant canister worked well and I was able to get back on the road and to a tire store to have the tire repaired. However, I now no longer have a tire sealant canister that will work in the unfortunate circumstance that I have another flat. In checking about getting a new canister, it appears that they are fairly unavailable and terribly cost-prohibitive. I think this is a severe flaw in the Hyundai logistical scheme of things. I am in the process of getting a spare because of this dilemma. Hyundai, you need to think this one through a bit more! Other than that, I've been very happy with my '13 Accent and look forward to many hundreds of thousands of miles of life on the road! More

Mike Bishop, Salesman, seemed to have an in-depth knowledge about the cars on the lot. He was very friendly, helpful, polite, presentable, and professional during the times he served me and my husba knowledge about the cars on the lot. We appreciated that Mr. Bishop took his time to show us how to use the vehicles before test driving them. After we purchased the new 2013 Toyota Prius, Mr. Bishop went over the manuals with us explaining maintenance and care. He also introduced us to the employees in the service department. More
