an old arabic proverb goes "a good deal is one where both sides are mildly dissatisfied". salesmen were great (they even returned texts and emails), none of the "Well let me check with my boss" junk, financi sides are mildly dissatisfied". salesmen were great (they even returned texts and emails), none of the "Well let me check with my boss" junk, financing office was fair, and we managed to slip prices on mine and theirs enough that we upgraded my driveway ornament. i won't be in the market again for probably another decade, but if they've got another used Cummins truck with good mileage and a price we can agree on, i'd let them earn my business again. one of the batteries had to be replaced a month later, but that's not their fault that a year-old battery went kaput - electronics just don't like heat or vibration. replaced and everything is as close to perfect as a 4 year old truck gets with barely any miles on it. More

They were able to find a part that isn't made anymore for my 2006 Malibu. Took a while but they persevered and were able to find a re-manufactured one.
