Brought my car in to have brakes serviced in prep for evacuation season, with the understanding they would certainly look for other issues. I get a text with a laundry list of items that need to be addre evacuation season, with the understanding they would certainly look for other issues. I get a text with a laundry list of items that need to be addressed. Left the car at 8am, got a call after 3 requesting to keep it until noon the next day, an inconvenience to say the least and it was never mentioned they could provide a shuttle. Almost 2K later, I pick up the car. Mind you, I dropped it for shaking when braking, not a single other issue. Get the car back, it's wobbly & making a loud noise. At this point I feel helpless and am disgusted as you place your car in the dealerships hands thinking it would provide peace of mind and confidence in ability. I wouldn't recommend this place for anything. Due diligence is necessary and didn't happen. More

Had my car for about a month before getting to issue. Inside of the car was left dirty from them get in and out . Oil or dirt stains on carpet and interior.
