Great Experience Something broke in front wheel of my Jeep.. I called the Ramsey, NJ dealership because they were 3 miles from my location (work) to make sure I wasn’t Something broke in front wheel of my Jeep.. I called the Ramsey, NJ dealership because they were 3 miles from my location (work) to make sure I wasn’t in any danger. Of course they said NO, because they’re too busy and I needed to call the dealership I purchased my Jeep from which was Suresky. I called and spoke to the service manager, he had me bring it right in and it turned out several parts were damaged and needed to be replaced. clearly I can see who cares about the person and not just taking money from the customer. This is my second purchase from this dealership and I will go back again. Thanks again to the service manager for caring! More
