I took my Dodge Ram there for an oil change. They open at 7:00am, and I was the first vehicle there. I was asked if I had an appointment, and I told them no, their website claims that they have express servi 7:00am, and I was the first vehicle there. I was asked if I had an appointment, and I told them no, their website claims that they have express service for oil changes, and no appointment is needed. I was told by the person that was there that the express service was no longer available. When I showed them the website, they said Oh, that’s what we were told. The video that is on the website claims that all express service will be done in 30 minutes or less. My oil change took 3 1/2 hours. More

My car went in for a NYS inspection since the car was purchased from an out-of—state dealership. While checking in a recall was found for the tailgate. Unfortunately, the recall did not fix the tailgat purchased from an out-of—state dealership. While checking in a recall was found for the tailgate. Unfortunately, the recall did not fix the tailgate issue. The tailgate if opened for a period of time (over a 1/2 hr) will not respond to car buttons to close or the remote to close. My contact Adam was great at the service dept. however tire was mounted wrong was not happy that I have to go back it is a half hour away.
