Almost perfect I scheduled my car appointment for 7 am, but it was delayed several hours because I put my keys in the wrong part of the drop box. My fault, but to be I scheduled my car appointment for 7 am, but it was delayed several hours because I put my keys in the wrong part of the drop box. My fault, but to be fair, the box is badly marked, doesn't work well, and I was never called to inquire as to the location of my keys. There was a person st the desk when I dropped off my car. Why did I have to use the box anyway? More

She showed me models in the lot and explained the difference between them. She took me for a test drive with me in the drivers seat. I was nervous every but calmed by Micelle"s calm demeanor. Kept me informed and in touch of when I could come in. Worked well with him. Not impressed with quality of car upon delivery, who missed all this... Nic in bumper, scratches on hood, chips in paint, scratched and swirl marks on areas around window, mark on leather, scratches on window, glue left on from transport, pieces of tar on the outside and asphalt under the carpet! Dealership did offer to replace the rear bumper plastic piece and fix all scratches etc... attempting to deal with service to replace bumper they promised and feel like I'm getting a run around and different stories from different people. More
