The shop at the dealer ship does not listen to the customer and do what service needs to be fixed.I bought a Cadillac Esclade from Susan Schein . They did not do a very good inspection of the vehicle customer and do what service needs to be fixed.I bought a Cadillac Esclade from Susan Schein . They did not do a very good inspection of the vehicle before they sold it. Day time running lights were out it was missing a center cap for the wheel,truck smelled very strong of cigarette smoke .It needed two front tires they were at the wear bars. They did not come off the price 1 cent with all these problems car even has a small dent on the passenger side front fender. They did give me an I owe you for the center cap and replaced 1 day time running lamp. My wife carried the vehicle back to them for the problems and asked Paul the service mgr.to replace all of the day time lights they only replaced 1 it should have been caught on the first inspection before the vehicle was sold. She also asked Paul if he would reset the tire pressure monitoring system since I had to purchase tires from Sam's when they failed to reset them as well. Paul said he would but he did not.The rear applique on the vehicle has a piece of chrome removed from it as well this was brought to the sells man Gary Tate as well but they did not discount the car 1 cent again I must add. Paul in service had the nerve to call and tell me he can order a rear applique at their cost at $500.00 out of my pocket. Shame on you Susan Schein for selling this vehicle at full price with so many problems. More

I came from out of town. They fixed a problem the cleaner found. Because the part couldn't come in until Monday they put me in a nice loaner to get home and drove my new car to me. Sales person was awesome... bad experience in the purchase, things was promised to be fixed, not everything was fixed. Waited weeks for it to be fixed. Ened up buying the parts and doing it myself. Paul in your service department was great. Got our Corvette oil change fast. Very friendly and courteous.
