Had an awesome buying experience. However we were screwed over with the extra bumper to bumper that the general sales manager sold us. After taking our vehicle to get serviced for a leak the warranty special over with the extra bumper to bumper that the general sales manager sold us. After taking our vehicle to get serviced for a leak the warranty specialist, Rayna told us that the warranty was not valid for our situation. Even though we have a 100,000 mile extra bumper to bumper warranty that we’ve paid over $2,000 for. So be VERY careful when dealing with this dealership. They gave us a great deal on our truck that we traded in. Overall it was an easy process just like it should be. I like walking into a dealership and not feeling insulted and talked down to by a salesman. There was none of that here. Brandon the manager was extremely nice and he and Delorean were able to get us a great deal. Over all I would definitely do business here again and I’ve already referred people. Henry provided excellent service to get me in a sharp 2019 F150 Lariat. I was even able to make some changes to the vehicle, such as change the tires to ones that worked with my needs.
