Trade in and purchase We just completed a trade in and purchase of a new to us used vehicle with Susan Schein. We weren’t really planning this purchase, but received a requ We just completed a trade in and purchase of a new to us used vehicle with Susan Schein. We weren’t really planning this purchase, but received a request from Susan Schein due to their need for our old vehicle. We were allowed to test drive three cars for multiple nights. That was amazing to get the opportunity for different types of trips. Plus, we got to confirm that the cars would work well with our garage needs. Brieanne was extremely responsive to us by text and phone and very helpful with all our questions. It was a great experience overall. More

Car has been in the shop too many times already Everyone was nice. There is the 1 star they get. They covered an initial problem they weren't contractually obligated to cover- that's the second star Everyone was nice. There is the 1 star they get. They covered an initial problem they weren't contractually obligated to cover- that's the second star (check engine light came on the day after I bought the car with less than 70 miles put on it). But, that's where the stars end. I had to put it in their shop 3 different days to get that initial check engine issue taken care of and take time off from work each day and arrange transportation to get back to work and then again back to pick up the car at the end of the day. Three weeks later the internal door handle assembly just falls apart ($800 that the warranty doesn't cover). And another full day I'll be without my car, not to mention the days in between waiting for the part to come in where I can't use the driver side door.. They kept stressing the 100something point inspection they do and I've ended up with one issue and another and I haven't even made my first payment on it. I'm not impressed and extremely worried that I've bought a lemon. Not happy with this car so far. Wouldn't send someone to buy from there. More
