We h My experience with Suski Chevrolet has been the worst experience with a dealership hands down. We bought a Pontiac Montana in March of this year. We have previously owned 2 Montana's, loved them and specifically searched for a dealership that had one in stock. Suski had one on their lot, low mileage great exterior/interior and in our budget. WORST MISTAKE EVER! The salesmen were nice enough, slightly pushy but that's to be expected. They offered us the opportunity to purchase a warranty that would cover the van bumper to bumper. Everything was covered, deductible was waved due to the low mileage of car. My husband was hesitant to purchase the warranty but with the costs of fixing a car we decided to go ahead and do it. Everything was great until the end of August. Late one night while driving the heater broke. It was only blowing out freezing cold air. Monday, August 25th I called the service department to schedule an appointment for it to be checked out. I was told that due to the GM recalls they were backed up for weeks and to call back in a few days to set up an appointment. Ok, it's August, I really didn't need my heat. I called back a few days later and was told I could bring my car and wait while the service department checked it out but it could take hours for them to get to it. With 3 kids, I don't have hours to sit around. So my name was put on a waiting list for a rental car and they would call me when one became available. Monday October 21st, almost 2 MONTHS later, the service department could inspect my car! By this time the weather has turned and we have to wear hats, gloves and snow pants to go anywhere because the air conditioning is blowing. I wanted to take the van elsewhere but when I called Alpha Warranty Company, I was told I had to take it to the dealership that we purchased it from. About 3 hours after dropping it off I get a phone call that they inspected the van and figured out the problem but that one part is not listed so it is not covered under warranty and it's going to cost $1,200 to fix it! I call my husband and he tells me to cancel the warranty. I talk to Dave S in financing, he is the person who originally wrote up our contract and warranty purchase back in March. He told me he was going to get this covered, he was going to do everything he could to find out why it wasn't being covered. Gave me his personal cell number, told me to call or text anytime to find out what was going. I thought AWESOME, after 2 months of getting the run around from this place, I'm finally getting someone who cares. WRONG. Every time I texted Dave, he was always figuring things out, waiting on phone calls or emails, telling me " that there was a "disconnect" between the service department and the warranty company but it looks like they are going to cover it" Never a straight answer from him. I called a few times and left messages but never had my phone calls returned. Finally on November 10th I went into the dealership to turn in the cancellation form. Dave S told me that he didn't know why they weren't covering it, they had told him already they were. He would call one last time and see if he could figure it out. I wasn't holding my breath. He then proceeded to tell me that it didn't matter one way or another if I cancelled the policy, he wasn't going to lose any money on it personally. I was livid and needed to get out of there as soon as I could. Friday the 14th I texted him that I had not heard from him or Alpha Warranty Company and he said that Unfortunately there was some sort of disconnect (AGAIN? REALLY?) between the warranty company and the service department and that he was processing my cancellation request right then. I asked him to please email confirmation and have yet to receive that. After the horrible ordeal I have had with Suski Chevrolet, I wouldn't expect anything less More

Was promised different loaner vehicle to better suit my needs and never received. One problem worked on twice is still not working properly. I purchased vehicle and in the month and a half I've owned it, it has been in my driveway 12 days. The rest of the time it has been in service. Called Tina on Monday am for oil change for our car and pickup, dropping one off, then switch when done. She said no problem, bring them in. We arrived about 9, there was a long line waiting for write-up. My wife had to be at work in 10 minutes, so we gave Tina the keys, she noted what we wanted, and said she would take care of it. I dropped the wife at work, went back to check.... Tina had everything written up, I signed the order, and asked her to call when done so we could swap car for truck. She called about 1pm, I ran up and swapped vehicles, and signed the paperwork for the truck. She called back about 3, said truck was done. I picked up wife at 5 from work, got our truck, and our service day was done. We always use Suski for our service, and take advantage of the "Suski Bucks"..... and always make sure that we thank Tina for our fast and wonderful service. She makes the difference for us!!!!! More
We arrived at quarter to three for an oil change that we had purchased a coupon for. We drove right in and went to the waiting room. This is lovely and a very pleasant place to wait with treats and drinks had purchased a coupon for. We drove right in and went to the waiting room. This is lovely and a very pleasant place to wait with treats and drinks, even though the TVs were all out of commission. We were asked two different times what car we were waiting for as we watched all the people that were there when we arrived leave. One man said he hadn't even seen the paper work yet. The second man checked on the car but by this time it was 4:30. By the time we got our car back and paid what needed to be paid. it was 5pm. Over two hours is a rediculous amout of time to wait for an oil change and we should have been told it would be a long wait since we didn't have an appointment. Long gone are the days when there was a 20 minute oil change at this dealership. If we had been told upon our arrival It would be a long wait or if on the coupon it said we should make an appointmen then we could have done that or at least known we were in for a long afternoon at the car dealer. We left very unhappy, repeat customers. We have two cars and have had both in several times for an oil change without this lengthy waste of time. Something needs to be rethought with the system that takes your car and it disappears for more than two hours and leaves very unsatisfied customers. Nothing that happened that day makes us want to ever come back. More

We purchased a 2010 Chevrolet Malibu from Suski Chevrolet just over a week ago. We had a set price in mind that we wanted to stick with and David Stacey worked with us on that price range until we were comf just over a week ago. We had a set price in mind that we wanted to stick with and David Stacey worked with us on that price range until we were comfortable with the final payment. Overall, the experience went very well. There were a few minor "glitches" such as, the car was a quart low on oil (down to 10% oil life) and some other minor issues, but as soon as I contacted the dealership about these issues they contacted us right away and made things right. They even went as far as to order GM replacement floor mats because our car did not have any and I was upset about spending additional money on them. We would definitely consider coming back to this dealership for another purchase based on on our experience this time around. More
